Maybe good synergy with Barnes or Auchenai?
with barnes? how?
If Barnes summon Sylvanas, Malygos, Emperor Thaurissan or Ragnaros and they die.
Then, the Onyx Bishop could resurrect them. I know 1/1 but it may be worthy.
The minon barnes summons is an exact copy of the minion in the deck, except enchanted to be 1-1. Resurrecting it would bring it back full strength.

Really too bad is far worst than resurect
It is a RANDOM minion or a minion that i can choose??? Can see this card working somehow.

This is never gonna see competetive play, so bad…
Unless of course you get that 0.04% chance of pulling Deathwing, Dragonlord out of Barnes. Then dream complete, but otherwise stats are far too terrible to be playable in a serious format.
