EVIL Miscreant and EVIL Cable Rat will generally be what you want in your starting hand. Especially if you're going first, since Coin + EVIL Miscreant on Turn 2 is always a strong play.
SI;7 is just a good card in general and can help against other aggro matchups. Same with Backstab. Having these two cards together in your early hand against Token Druid will also do wonders for your early game survival.
This is pretty similar to the Lackey Rogue build on ladder, but it has a bit more focus on direct face damage through card effects and spells. The legendaries in this deck are also not that essential, but they definitely do make it much better.
Your goal is to take control of the game with Lackeys and then start taking chunks out of your opponents health through cards like Lifedrinker, Eviscerate, SI:7 Agent, etc. This deck can be prone to some bad draws though, not getting Lackeys early is pretty awful.
Spirit of the Shark is also a great tech in Rogue decks rn as it great burst with Lifedrinker and Nightblade on turns 8 or 9. You can also play it to fit your curve if you know it might be awkward for your opponent to remove.
