Mulligans
General Mulligans
Mulligans are Doomsayer , , , and . You can also keep one if you have cards like Ravaging Ghoul before mulligan.
Greetings travelers!
My name is LittleKuri. I am a player who plays mostly for fun, though the highest rank I have hit is rank 5 standard. Anyway, I really like this Brawl, and I have spent a couple hours testing this Tavern Brawl deck. I have over 300 damage dealt using this deck, and I will quickly explain how to play it.
Play as a normal Control Warrior in the early game, I have often Hero Powered for the first 4-5 turns. Doomsayer is good in the early game to clear off the Shieldsman and Mirror Image , use it when there is just below enough attack power to clear Doomsayer . The AI will often not kill it even with 7+ damage on board. After the early turns, look for an opportunity to Brawl , clear off the surviving minion (set up a weapon the turn before), and play an Acidic Swamp Ooze to reset the weapon.
The main combo of the deck is to eventually get two Kel'Thuzad and a couple of Taunts or Deathrattles, using Emperor Thaurissan to reduce the card costs, Faceless Manipulator to double up on Kel'Thuzad , and ideally one of your Legendaries like Dr. Boom or Grommash Hellscream . After establishing this, the AI will often not attack even when there is lethal for them. I have pushed the AI all the way to 10-13 turns of fatigue damage, even though they have a board of Swordsman in 17/17 stats. When you have a strong board, just keep maximizing damage to the face and Armor Up/Tank Up every turn.
Other cards that I could have used were Shield Slam, a second Faceless Manipulator, or N'Zoth, The Corruptor, but I actually do not own these cards, so I had to make do with the cards I did have.
Leave me your thoughts and changes on the deck! How can you maximize even more damage? Thank you for reading and have a nice day!
