Why does he run Cobalt Scalebane?

    1. Waving

Because its a dragon, and this version of the deck has alot of minions (19)

  2. englo

There are a lot more minions than in traditional highlander priest so there is a good chance to get value from the buff. And ofc to it increases the chance of getting the synergy with operative and engineer.
