You want to find your early minions to curve out and if u are on coin you can sometime keep bigger dragons or situational cards like consecration if u already have early game.
This is a midrange dragon paladin i came up with.( Currently on a 12-4 score). It plays just like the infamous dragon warrior trying to play on curve and pressuring your opponent.
Replacement for deathwing can be Ragnaros lightlord , Book Wyrm , Dragonid Crusher or whatever you might like.
Note on finley:
vs aggro decks u usually try to find mage,druid,priest,hunter heropowers
vs slower decks u want warlock or any heropower that deals damage
