Mulligans

HI! THIS IS MY FIRST DECK GUIDE ON HEARTHPWN.COM

control Warlock is a very strong against today’s aggro decks like Pirate Warrior, Token Druid or Hunter’s decks and also against control decks like control mage, priest or midrange paladin.

The main reason are board clears (HellfireAbyssal EnforcerShadowflame) and a lot of taunts Far CreeperTar Lurker.

also because of his big dudes mountain giants and drakes.

Strategy:

is to outvalue other players decks, and make the game more longer to able to play your value cards like juraxxus ,drakes and giants

Mulligans & Matchup Specific Strategies:

The basic mulligan strategy for the deck involves aggressively looking for Mountain Giant and Twilight Drake, often discarding your entire hand to look for them.

Against Aggro, you can opt not to keep Mountain Giant and instead look for more defensive tools such as DoomsayerMortal CoilShadow Bolt, and taunts.

Against Control, you can look for Faceless Shambler and deathrattle cards if you already have Mountain Giant orTwilight Drake in your opening hand.

When to Life Tap:

this is the most important thing in the game to know when to draw or to hold.

my strategy is to draw untile my health is 20.

just keeping you hp in 20 is enough to win.

Ending The Game:

most of the time your giants just end it fast .

winrate:

quest rouge : 3-8

aggro druid : 8-2

hunter : 5-7

mage(my favourite) : 13-2

combo priest : 2-5

quest warrior : 12-3

miracle rouge : 13-1

other priest decks : 15-3

murloc paladin (the worst ) : 2-8

shaman : 15-6

full wirate : 88:45

i am sure your are wining all of mage, priest and aggro druid matches .

tips :

1. dont waste all your boardclears on useless board.

2.play around cards like (bloodlust, alexstraza and counter spell )

3.try to get most health for drake and play a low cost giant

4.faceless targets are the drakes and giants only

5.dont play your juraxxs early or you might get punished

6.your target is to get on board early or to clear then play dudes

7.dont waste your doomsayer to devolve .

replacements :

lordjuraxxus : alexstraza

gluttonous ooze : normal ooze

faceless shambler : stonehill def (i dont recommend that )

doomsayer : another hellfire or abyssal

this is the final version i took out elise and nzoth with made my winrate even more than before .(72 % )

i am at rank 8 now with this deck

Pls try it out and let me know your thoughts.
Have fun and go to legend faster than ever before πŸ˜‰

You’ve got a rather large issue with your deck list. You state in deck strategy to stall till we are able to play Elise. However, Elise is not in your deck list. Please review your post.

I love control warlock decks. Good job! Wouldn’t Alexstrasza be better than N’Zoth, since you don’t have many deathrattles anyways? Then you could take out the mistress of mixtures and add some dirty rats? Maybe primordial drakes too somehow?

thx for your comment on my deck
the reason i put nzoth is to get extra health at the end of the game also to get a good board
if fact in many games i dont use him.
mixtures are very useful against aggro decks.
i will try your replacements and post the results
