Muligan decisions should be based on creating a board position that is stable enough early to allow all of our 2-1s to be effective in the mid and late game.

I originally had more murlocks, however the dragon synergies are probably just stronger then playing more watered down murlocks. Hopefully the new set gives us a murlocks friend to search out.
