Mulligan Guide

depending on the matchup, you might or might not want to go for augmented elekk or baleful banker early on.

The combo is to...

finish the quest
play a Mogu Cultist ; activate double battlecry; play Augmented Elekk , then play 2 Baleful Banker onto Mogu Cultist, shuffling 8 of them into your deck
draw 7 Mogu Cultists
make sure your board is clear, then activate double battlecry, and play all your Mogu Cultist , summoning two Highkeeper Ra, dealing 40 damage to them.\

Everything else is pretty much a bunch of control cards

  I could see it if this deck played Octosari--especially if it hits Octosari on Joybuzz. Of course, then you need to worry about milling...

    Thanks for the advice, but I think that shudderwock would be a better way to draw cards...
    just forgot to put him in
