Mulligans

Aggro Mulligans

if it's pirate warrior you can keep the cruel taskmaster (but how can you be sure it's pirate warrior?)

Since this is a control deck it’s basically just survive the early aggro and know how to win against other decks.

See the guide below for some winconditions.

Against aggro;

There are plenty of resources available in this deck to survive the aggro: Fiery War AxeRavaging Ghoul Bash Armorsmithand from turn 4-5 you’ll have a taunt available, possibly buffed by the one Stolen Goods you have. (if you don’t draw stolen goods early game, use it on  Soggoth the Slitherer  for more value unless you really need the armor from the Alley Armorsmith.

Against Midrange decks:

It’s basically trying to win the tempo game. This is where Stolen Goods can do beautifull things. The later the game get’s the more chance you have at winning.

Against Jade decks (Druid and Shaman):

You don’t need a guide to urvive the early game, what you need here is a wincondition. I suggest you save up for a brawl + buffed Doppelgangster  turn. This way you clear the board + get maybe 3 x 7/7 on board. (for the smartasses: OK they can build a board again quickly but they’ll need a turn to play the jades but they will only be able to attack the turn after so, …) In my oppinion brawl + a buffed Doppelgangster  wins games. You should see it as a N’zoth turn wher youspawn all these powerfull creatures + a board clear(your brawl)

Against Renolock:

They don’t expect much swing from a warrior and almost every renolock guide tells them to use jaraxus as early as possible so. Just save up. Let them play jaraxxus and then use your swing turn with brawl + Doppelgangster if they have a taunt. Or just Grommash HellscreamCruel Taskmaster if they don’t have a taunt. It is important to finish them off with 15 or more dmg in 1 turn, or they’ll just heal up again and you can’t do that lot of damagecombo’s that many times.

Against priest:

Soggoth the Slitherer  is key!

If you want to replace Soggoth I suggest you take the I know a guy card.
This way you don’t just lose a taunt minion in the deck but you will have fewer minions aswell, so more chance of buffing the doppelgangster.

Yeah, I like the idea of buffing dopplegangster. But, its rng has yet to bless me with a buffed one. I subbed out one for a Grimy Gadgeteer and have been having fun with that.

I’d like to figure out how to get some more card draw in this.

What I don’t get is why Doppelgangster is in the deck. Your list has no cards that can guarantee to buff it, since Brass Knuckles and Don Han’Cho are purely random so it should be impossible to do so with the 13 other minions in the deck messing up that chance.

You would have to play all other minions first and then have a chance to buff the Doppelgangster, which makes it a highly inconsistent play.

Other than that the deck looks good.
