General Mulligans
These are generally the cards you want to keep/mulligan for at the beginning of each match.
Here is a basic structure for a budget tempo mage that uses a mix of elemental synergy and spell damage cards. Some new cards that are featured in this deck are: Elemental Evocation, Spellzerker, and Arcanosaur from the Rastakhan Rumble expansion. The total cost of the deck is only 1040 dust, which should be cheap enough for any hearthstone players’ budget.
