Is there any reason that Shadow Word: Pain isn’t being used in this deck? It could easily claim the treasure chest rewards…

Played Marin now 3 times. 3 times got the ‘badder’ loots, which are ‘Fill Hand with copies of drawn card’ and ‘Draw 3, cost 0’. Yes, those are actually the bad ones because you can draw ‘bad’ cards with it in certain situations (for example, I drew 5 copies of Azure Drake with 6 cards left in my library).

Out of those 3 times, I won once.

Regarding Kiblers deck, I bet he wins 9 out of 10 with his Dragon Priest. And everytime he wishes that Marin is Ysera. 😉

tl;dr: Marin is a fun card, nothing more nothing less. As if we didn’t know that already …

The purpose of Marin is to steal the chest with potion of madness and use inner fire shenanigans to kill your opponent.

Interesting, the deck I made for my Marin was to use ‘Moat lurker’ and then use ‘Play dead’ on it to get a bunch of chests. I managed to get 5 chests on my opponents board at once.

Um okay … that … sounds like an overcomplicated plan. :/
