Stormforged is your best openning, as it lets you play it, then a 2-drop then a 4-drop, all on curve and maybe making weapon synergy.
The original idea of this deck was to make shudderwock able to cast c’thun battlecry, not just casting a 6 damage battlecry, but a proper one. I searched for ways to increase shudderwocks attack -desirably- before c’thun battlecry replica. I found pirate package a very solid option, and the deck turned very tempo. That said the point of this deck is not to make Shudder’thun a thing every game, should just play tempo and let it come naturally in a couple of games.
Playing C’thun before Shudderwock means the second copying C’thun battlecry. Playing Shudderwock before C’thun means Shudderwock casting again every C’thun buff.
Note: To make Shudder’thun a thing you must have a weapon equipped.
Feel free to add twin emperor if you like, cutting a volcano or maybe grumble.
