I’ll never understand that logic, you want to “add” to your collection. Dusting a legendary for 400 is a net-loss.

Most players are free-to-play and just want playable and meta Standard cards. Pretty simple actually.

Im not 100% but is Cthun even dustable as it was a free legedary?

Why doesn’t the giant I get off Simulacrum trigger the quest? That’s cost me the game twice so far. And yes, this deck does have a problem with aggro.

They count for Leyline Manipulator, why not quest?

Read the quest card more carefully 🙂 (hint: “spells”)

    Another note-

I find that a standard giants freeze mage with a bit of burst dmg (2 fireballs and a pyroblast), alexstrazia, couple giants, is more effective than the quest version which has to roll a miracle in order to survive well.

The quest ruins the decks consistency.

It is still fun!!! You can play around with Hemet to fix that consistency slightly!

Fun list, unplayable, giant version never really worked, most decks are to fast for this crap, you need to pull your full deck with limited draw and fullfill the quest, while warding of aggro with almost no tools… good luck, even Anto version is marginally playable

The card was modified, so why is the dust value normal?

Because it’s better instead of worse.

I believe, and don’t quote me, but when Molten is HoF’d you’ll get full dust.

Definitely, they just wanted to reduce the cost in game, so it gets some playability in standard again before it goes, and so people in wild can test the full card. We will get full dust value for molten giant, coldlight Oracle and ice block, and be able to disenchant Cthun come thursday 12pm Pacific time.

Disenchanting C’thun … is that approved? Would be great, never played him anyways.

I would keep your Kthun! Mostly because of tavern brawl. The rogue mechanic for Kthun is very strong in some tavern brawls. (destroy a minion, add it to kthun)

The 400 dust you’ll get from him can be farmed relatively fast.

Unless its like millhouse manastorm, I’d keep your collection as complete as possible.

You will not get full dust value for Kthun.

Hes not going into hall of fame, hes part of the standard rotation.

Correct, but disenchantable cards will be able to be disenchanted when they rotate, and I don’t intend on using Cthun or the beckoners anymore, so free 410 dust.

turns out you cannot disenchant Cthun or the beckoners, because blizzard won’t let us, which is different from how they did it before, apologies.
