Assuming you have no dudes out before the win turn, you need 8 mana for 4 dudes and 3 for beardo which is 11. However, you also need two other spells to refresh power. Either two zero cost spells or a second coin plus 1 cost spell:

5/11: coin
7/11: dude #2
