I think he’s referring to say, me vs. you, in-game. I’m just a random Rogue, and you’re just a random Mage. There’s not much identity among players. For something like Guilds, we’d need some form of public profile, especially if Hearthstone were playable in WoW (just as an example).

Wow, what a great read. Your insights as a deck builder on spot on. I love the craft and challenge of building my own non-meta decks, as frustrating as it is, the process of molding each piece into a quasi-viable list, for me, is the core of a card game.

After four years, I’m finally at 9/9 Gold, so Rumble is the first expansion that I don’t have a particular class to develop. Hearthstone’s never boring if you’re constantly challenged!

Knights of the Frozen Throne has 23 Legendary cards. Between both sets, Blackrock Mountain and Curse of Naxxramas have 11 Legendary cards, which is worth 4,400 dust.

If you’re only playing Standard, then the $50 bundle is a better buy. You’re not guaranteed the same amount of dust, but all the cards are playable. Also, the golden cards will net you additional dust.
