Yeah, I was wrong. She’d need to be a permanent battlecry effect to actually be even slightly useful, along with a solid stock of Tradeable cards.

Technically you’re gaining 6 corpses.

The only deck that uses that many Infuse cards is control shaman, and they don’t really play enough tokens to justify slamming a spider tank with no immediate effect.

Even if it were a battlecry it wouldn’t be crazy strong.

Not a fan of the nagas, but some of the other Mercs look really cool! Especially Patches & Cho.

I think this has serious potential for battlecry shaman, and along with that other card that denies your opponent a card, I think the deck could have legs in the new expansion.

How does Dungeoneer draw you Gavel?

I mean, sometimes it’s a good discover to finish off your questline. With mage’s limited pool of frost spells in standard it might be just good enough to start running in place of another spell.

if only Ultimate Infestation were still in standard…

I really don’t see this as being the alternative to Alignment, but something you play in addition to it. With alignment it goes down to 1 mana and then pays for itself instantly while also cycling you a card.

It better be its flavour text, at least

Gonna love this birdie in my Egg Hunter

This would have been 5 stars even if it only shot off one cannon.

Also the first few turns, since the way it’s worded you get a new hero power as well.

For example if you get Demon Hunter, you can punch face on turn 1 for some extra damage.

That’s usually how it goes, yeah. However now that we have mini-sets I think the potential to see more SI:7 cards later in the year is a possibility.

Main problem is we only have 7 SI:7 cards (coincidence?) and only a couple of them are actually playable. A handful of 1-mana gizmos probably isn’t work running Infiltrator or Informant.

Doesn’t work, quest is to “play” pirates, not just summon them. RIP to Patches & Parachutes.
