At first glance this seems like a good card for tempo decks, maybe tempo DH since their 2-drop options are horrible…

A stable meta where DH literally rules both standard and wild? Where I could queue into nothing but DH for 5 games or sometimes 10 in a row? Yeah dude not nerfing DH would probably piss off more players than otherwise.

Well Blizzard surely can hire some new ppl they got cash anyways. Ben Brode left HS as well but the game is still here, for better or worse.

IMO the devs behind DH should seriously be fired, along with the playtesting ppl. This fiasco is so embarrassing and detrimental to a game that is already declining in popularity because of other F2P friendly card games like Runeterra. It’s quite BS to me how blizzard has been pushing to slow the meta down ever since Patches warped the meta but all of a sudden they revert back to their old ways of printing busted aggro cards. DH would be much more acceptable if other classes had strong tempo/aggro options as well, but that’s not really the case outside of Warrior.

I am now super curious about what they plan to do with DH next expansion since they promised big changes now. DH shouldn’t be nerfed to oblivion but it should have variety and feel fair to other classes at least to some extent, I hope.

I disagree, DH is problematic because there is no reason to play any fast/tempo deck with other classes since DH has much better draw, removal and burst potentials than anyone else. Also, the difference in winrate between DH and Shaman has gotten a bit ridiculous considering the fact that shaman was BUFFed while DH was NERFed repeatedly.

Yes yes I was comparing brann to spirit of the shark. Correct. I played a version of this deck before and loved it, but aggro really hinders its performance imo so more healing should be helpful. Also, don’t really cut the sharks if you don’t have to since having more combo activators is good imo 🙂

I would cut the schemes for two healbots, too much shuffle redundancy. Maybe also switch out a lab recruiter for Brann since he’s 1 mana cheaper.

Yea dude I also moved to wild, but guess what? Odd DH is crawling the ladder once again! You literally can’t escape DH matchups until they delete the class altogether lmao.

Simply put, my biggest problem with DH is that it has an amazing aggro/tempo deck that can actually draw through their entire deck quite easily. This alone goes against the fundamental philosophy of hunter and shaman for a long time, and DH leaves very few reason to play other aggressive decks because of its amazing card draw abilities. Also Twin Slice Nerf was in the wrong direction since it actually feels like a buff… and DH doesn’t need a buff if we look at winrates across standard and wild.

How does this work with so much overload? Genuinely curious and looks very creative!

Why Ysiel then my friend? Kael seems capable of doing the job already. You might want to try out Jepetto for specific tutor effects.
