Climactic Necrotic Explosion
It’s very good as a win condition or board filler for rainbow decks. Might need some more cards to work optimally, but I expect this one to be very strong somewhere along the coming 6 expansions. As such, I can’t help but rate it accordingly.
4.5/5 if enough support comes along in future expansions, but for now it’s 3.5/5 due to lack of great corpse spenders for rainbow decks.
Crowd Surfer
Let me fix that for you:
Deathrattle: Give an enemy minion +1/+1 and this deathrattle.
1/5, you’re not gonna wanna risk the chance of buffing an enemy minion
Air Guitarist
The new weapons all seem to want to trigger their deathrattles, so I don’t see why you’d want to give them more durability…
Maybe there is another weapon that wants durability? I am too lazy to check the weapons currently in standard, so I guess I’ll give it a complementary “maybe it will see some play” rating
2/5
Instrument Tech
A tool to draw weapons for any class. This is gonna be useful in Wild, with Twig of the World Tree for Druid, Kingsbane for Rogue, Disco Maul for Paladin, Boggspine Knuckles for Shaman, Skull of the Man’ari for Warlock, stuff like that.
In standard it might see play here and there. Probably in conjunction with some of the new weapons, maybe?
3.5/5
Party Animal
You sacrifice no stats for an effect that could give a fair amount of future stats, for just 2 mana? If an amalgam deck is playable, this will be in it.
4/5 in an amalgam deck
Audio Amplifier
This has no right being rated ~4.3 out of 5. Where are you gonna run this? It’s an effect that is hardly ever gonna make a change… That said, maybe a control deck could find a spot for it so that they can hold 1 more control tool, or spend just 1 more mana on whatever they want to do.
2.5/5, probably makes the decks you want to be running it in slightly worse.
Hipster
If it’s not in their deck, it’s probably a bad spell. That begs the question, why would I want it?
1/5
Rolling Stone
At its best, it’s pretty good. At its worst, it’s bad. I don’t know where this would be run, but I guess the best case is easy enough to hit for some decks.
3/5
Stereo Totem
Way too slow… A poorly statted minion that gives a delayed +2/+2? That’s a no from me.
1/5
Rowdy Fan
+4 attack is a lot, but I feel the 1/5 body makes it less appealing for aggro decks. Maybe, though?
3/5
Worgen Roadie
Nobody’s gonna play this, except for people that love to meme (mad respect to those people though!)
1/5
Outfit Tailor
It’s made for handbuff, and scales very quickly in such a deck. Probably great in Handbuff Paladin in Wild, but I don’t think there’s enough support for it in Standard. That said, a 2/2 that gives +2/+2 for 3 mana isn’t hopelessly bad. I guess it’s scary enough that if they add more handbuff, it could become scary strong.
2.5/5
Festival Security
It’s a good anti-aggro tool. Reminds me of ‘Chill Vibes’, a shaman card, which fits a similar role as an anti-aggro tool.
Could see play in an aggro-centric meta, but outside of that probably bad.
3/5
Photographer Fizzle
Great value card, which helps control-style decks in control-vs-control matchups.
4/5
Static Waveform
Big stats, but it actively seeks to delete itself from your board. I think anyone would rather play Incorporial Corporal if they were looking for such a card.
2/5
I can’t imagine this not seeing play when Construct Quarter is as popular as it is now.
