Does your hero power change when you complete the quest? Or, do you get a spell when you complete the quest?

I think unexpected results will see experimentation in conjurer mage. It might not make the cut, but might see it as a one of.

Zul’jin says “cast” all spells. Masked Contender says “play a secret from your deck.”

It looks like a whole lot of fun to play though. Not every deck needs to be tier 1.

Secretkeeper only triggers when a secret is “played.” And it does say “play” on Masked Contender, so it should work.

With Supercollider the 2/1 poison minion becomes an asset.

You just bop whatever is next to the poison minion they get with the Supercollider and problem solved.

One thing to consider in an odd dragon build is Marsh Drake, I have experimented with it in current odd warrior because of the insane value it offers with Supercollider. If you get it without the collider up there are still plenty of ways to deal with the 2/1. Also you want to be holding a dragon, so hold the Marsh Drake until you get the weapon up. Makes killing a lone Lich King so easy, and leaves you a board.

Team 5 works at least two expansions out, so chances are that Brode and the other Devs that left had their hands on this. I think that we are seeing a small impact from Boomsday on Warrior decks But not really much else. I think that when the new year starts, and for the first time, we lose three full expansions from Standard, then we will see a real impact from Boomsday.

I will probably grab the 30 packs. It’s a good source of cheap dust for future crafting.

Supercollider has been the sleeper hit of this set for me. I was able to pull off three 12 win brawl runs with odd warrior, thanks in large part to the ability to force minions to attack each other. It can really devastate a zoo board, and once it’s up it forces your opponent to parse out one threat at a time.

Supercollider will get their board down to just one Annoy-o-Tron. I have had a lot of success with Supercollider in general in the meta right now.
