I played with the Quest myself and found it pretty bad. The new Legendary could be potentially useful, but it’s not necessary.

I understand your point, I could reset the votes on decks like this when they are completely revamped. It’s something I will consider doing in the future.

Yep, this is exactly right. In the beginning of an expansion it’s all up in the air, a deck could be good today and gone tomorrow.
