This is true, but he played this specific deck from 129 legend to 7. I think Shaman can be solid right now just due to the surprise factor. Check out the stream of him playing the deck here.

Sorry for the delay! Dragon Priest is a solid deck, but it’s probably not in the top tier of decks. Midrange Druid, Patron Warrior, Secret Paladin, and Handlock are the top tier. Dragon Priest is a mid-tier deck that is perfectly capable of reaching legend. It’s weak against Handlock and is pretty even with the Patron Warrior and Secret Paladin. It also has a good matchup against Midrange Druid, so the deck is pretty solid as long as you don’t run into Handlock!

Ragnaros or Sylvanas, something bigger that impacts the board.

I don’t think either of those cards would work in this deck.

Control Warrior would be more consistent for an average player, but getting better with Patron means you can have good match ups with all decks.

No problem, Naxxramas is a great value for all the playable cards you get.

I doubt Tinkmaster will be back in any competitive decks so you can safely dust it.

Second Slam or Cruel Taskmaster. You could also try Loatheb.

Second Defender of Argus and Hellfire, but that’s a very difficult card to play without. You really want those extra Dragon cards (and taunt), you could consider trying Dragonkin Sorcerer, but it doesn’t synergize with the deck. You could also consider Sen’jin Shieldmasta for the extra defense. I would have said Sludge Belcher, but the deck already has so many five drops.

You can go second Glaivezooka and Argent Squire for Mad Scientist. Quick Shot can be replaced with Arcane Shot. I would focus on getting Mad Scientist, it’s one of the best cards in the game.
