Do I need the fungal lord for this?

OK—there's obviously a combo here that I'm missing...one involving multiple copies of Malygos, yes? Anyone know how it works? (I've seen Aviana used in wild for something similar.)

I would think the combo is fungal lord, use faceless to copy him. next turn maly to get 3 copies, and have your world tree weapon break for 10 crystals to moonfire x2 for 32 damage

That's not the combo, you play fungal lord, copy with faceless to get 2 more fungal lords, break this turn your twig of the world tree to refresh 10 mana, play malygos to get 4 copies, and then moonfire for 42 damage. I've been playing this in wild with living roots and it's really fun (probably the combo will be better with Aviana and Kun instead of Twig)

I think that's the combo buat you dont need to wait for next turn. The combo is fungal lord, use faceless to copy him break your weapon to play malygos for 32 dmg.
