Why just one Ultimate Infestation (UI)?
Well the problem with second UI in this deck is, that you are collecting your combo cards and defensive/situational tools like Spreading Plague, Swipe, Branching Path (or second UI) etc. and in that case you mostly have 5+ cards in your hand. When you can’t cast enough cards to play UI, you probably burn one combo piece by mistake and you just loose the game. Because of that I play 2x Azure Drake’s they’re good to filter, good against priests and the spelldamage can help you clear the board.
If you face a lot of non-giant control decks, you can exchange
Poisen Seeds for Azure Drakes. They support you to clear the board, filter and they’re creating board presence.
