Mulligans

General Mulligans

Look for these cards in the opening hand, especially Fire Fly. All the 1 drops are good in the opening hand, however a small tip, keep the Glacial Shard back and use it only if necessary (a good control card)... By Turn 7 (usually even before) you should do the Quest. Use the warden if necessary because it'll do great with the Raptors starting the drawing engine and filling your board. A small tip when quest is completed try to always keep in a raptor in hand so that if the board gets cleared, you can jump start the draw engine again. The last nails in the coffin are the Tundra Rhino and Infest (although it's perfect with a board full of minions, don't hesitate to use it in an early game).

Aggro Mulligans

Apart from the usual cards in hand (the 1 drops) since in the early game can be quite aggressive, Explosive Trap is a good tech card against other Aggro decks. In the mid or later, Nesting Roc is a great minion against Aggro styles. Glacial Shard is a great control card against aggro decks.

Midrange Mulligans

Usually by the mid-game, the Quest is completed with raptors waiting in your deck. Apart from Freezing Trap, these cards all have good synergy with raptors - the Warden can jump start the drawing engine; Nesting Roc will Taunt helping in preserving the board and face damage; Tundra Rhino will give the beasts Charge, enabling 1 hell of a turn; while Infest will refill your hand with random beasts if things go south.

Combo Mulligans

The traps and Hunter's Mark are a great answer to stall or stop combos. However attention must be paid when playing traps because it affects how they're triggered (as a general hint, always play Explosive Trap before Freezing Trap if you have an empty board).

Control Mulligans

Control decks are very difficult to play against especially when entering the mid/late game. However these cards helps keeping board pressure with their passive effects and deathrattles.

This is a spin on the Quest Hunter using Secrets to help control the board and keep the pressure. It may not look as effective as the classic Quest Hunter since it has less 1 drops (which makes it a bit slower) however it usually becomes stronger when entering into the mid and later game due to the Secrets.

This deck has an approximate 60% win rate.
