General Mulligans
Two of the most important opening cards as both require your opponent to have an immediate answer.
The deck is intended to build a solid refillable base of Murlocs that are protected by Likkim, Feral Spirits and Rain of Toads, and contain sufficient burst to take down defensive decks.
Against Rogues and Warriors the decks’ goal is to attrit their counters and then either bloodlust or hagatha.
