Hey, top community decks are submitted and voted on by the community. I don’t really have control of what shows up here, but you’re right it looks like the same deck.
You can pretty safely disenchant those, they’ve never been used in any serious deck. I might only be hesitant to do so right now, because I’m guessing Priest is going to get some pretty good cards in the next expansion, and there would be a slight chance it would see play then.

I have two mind games does priest use that card now. I remember it used to be used a lot or should I just disenchant it

Yup, wait about two weeks, all new cards should be known by then.
