General Mulligans
From the Depths is definitely the best card in the mulligan followed by any 2 and 3 drop pirates.
There is the quest in this deck but unlike the aggro version, you are not trying to race to complete quest. The quest completion will come naturally over the course of the game. Instead, you will want to play pirates on curve, gain armor to activate Galvangar, and play from the depths as early as you can. There is a lot of dredge in this deck so even if you can’t find Finley, you can still dredge up some of the discounted cards. This deck is very good at controlling the tempo of the match while still smacking people in the face. Currently 10-0 with the deck in platinum rank.
