Then a turn before dropping Y’Shaarj, cast a tour guide, making your next hero power activation Free.
Now that you have free hero power and hopefully enough space in hand, activate the double battlecry HP, drop Y’Shaarj, get 4 medics, and drop the 4 medics to hit your opponent’s face for 32 dmg.
