Whats the OTK? How does this deck work?

  Corrupt and play both circus Medic.
  Then a turn before dropping Y'Shaarj, cast a tour guide, making your next hero power activation Free.
  Now that you have free hero power and hopefully enough space in hand, activate the double battlecry HP, drop Y'Shaarj, get 4 medics, and drop the 4 medics to hit your opponent's face for 32 dmg.

    This otk doesnt work as it costs 16 mana with no cost reduction effects

This is way too slow to deal with anything. Paladins and druids will develop their whole board while this screws around with lackeys, trying to get pieces together.
