Im relaticely new to the game (playing for sth like 1 werk) and am currently using this hunter deck. Could somebody give me some tips which cards I should be looking to replace next?

So assuming you are quite new to the game and dont have expensive cards or the karazhan adventure:
I would do this
-2 novize engineer
-1 acolyyte of pain
-1 fallen sun cleric
-1 ironfurry grizzly
-1 ravasaur runt
And instead put in:
+2 jeweled macaw
+1 crackling razormaw
+1 Eaglehorn bow
+1 infested wolf
+1 freezing trap
