General Mulligans
Mo'arg Artifacer - Good early so Felosophy isn't a dead card, a double (zephrys) that brings extra spell damage when needed.
Skull of Guldan - Only Yogg can block a Skull from being shifted to the left hand of your deck and getting an outcast Skull is helpful for an OTK.
Lorekeeper - Lorekeeper on turn 4 can you tutor a Skull on 6 to be outcast and setup a great late/mid game where you know what you draw next.
Aldrachi Warblades - Doubled card for Zephrys. It makes Twin Slice and Blade Dance more effective and can be used for some quick healing if needed.
Eye Beam - Doubled card for Zephrys. With lots of cheap cards it isn't hard to get to the outcast position. Combined with Mo'ard Artificer it can be a 1 mana 6 lifesteal which can be a life saver.
Wandmaker - Turn 2 play for board presence and many Demon Hunter decks run it so it won't give away what kind of deck you are playing.
The most fun I have had with a deck in a while. Lots of healing from lifesteal and multiple win conditions from Il’Gynoth, Yogg and Zephyrs. The synergy of Stiltstepper and Lorekeeper is really great. With a little luck you will have your OTK setup before turn 10 and with a lot of luck you can pull it off on OTK turn 6.
