This deck is incredibly fun to play! I crafted Aya, White Eyes & N’Zoth (and a second lightning storm…) and I’m having tons of fun! Lots of little things to think about and it really feels like the way you play makes a difference with this deck. Of course it’s still kinda like tossing a coin against aggro decks, since they go all in and if you don’t have the answers at the right time you just lose. However the two mistresses & oozes + double maelstrom & storms really help a lot to consistently beat aggro. I feel the heal from the water-speaker is typically best used on a minion and usually isn’t the saving grace against aggro. Therefore I swapped one out for an earth shock. Really helped me out in a few key moments to quickly silence something or tempo kill something (easily become 1 mana deal 2-3 damage with all the spellpower possibilities). Haven’t run into troubles with N’zoth not bringing back key minions. To me it seems that playing him early is fine. Even if they still have a board clear, you can easily refill the board with golems and other things. Just try to not over commit too much in general seems to be key.
White Eyes hasn’t been too mvp yet, but I might not have played against a deck yet that would give him a chance to shine.

Going to play this deck a lot more in the upcoming days for sure. Thanks a lot for sharing this gem with the community Kripp! 🙂

I actually made this deck even more crazy and fun – I swapped out 1 Jade Chieftain, both Loot Hoarders, 1 ooze and 1 lightning storm, and I added the Curator package: Curator, Finley and 1 Jeweled Scarab, and also 1 Devolve + 1 Earth Shock. Gotten to Rank 7 so far. The most fun matches are against Priests – keeping the board clear, but also outvaluing them in the long run is tricky! The unexpected value and synergies from Finley and Jeweled Scarab make it very fun, even if it’s not the most efficient build. 😀

Confirmed. Played correctly, this deck has more value than any other deck. It’s also one of the slowest decks in the meta so it’s still entirely possible to get hosed on the proper answers in early-mid stages. If you survive to 10 mana it’s usually a gimme.

Deck is pretty good. The best thing about deck is you can draw too many cards at the same and this gives you so many options and you also can clear the board very easily so ı loved this deck.

This deck is really fun in play in my humble opinion.

Okay… no white eyes or Syl… so I threw in two Things…. any other suggestions? Gonna hurt my nzoth pull?

White eyes is pretty key. Getting 2 storm guardians is insane.

Dude i don’t know what kind of control you’re trying to play LOL but by the time you drop n’zoth and draw even one storm guardians you should’ve finished the game turns ago

This deck is really solid for ladder. Your cards give you a strategy vs everything. I see a some complaints about not piloting it well.

Aggro you want to keep maelstrom portal, lightning storms, claws and any 1-2. With coin you can keep Jade Lightning.

Control decks you want all your deathrattles. Grind them with card advantage. Use brann to cast claws + jade spirit in the same turn. This allows you to skip up the jade chain and force a board wipe. You can then grind them with your other jade cards until they are dead. If they aren’t dead by now they have used most if not all their board wipes. Reload with N’thoz to finish game.

Mid range just jam jade cards until you win. Most of the midrange decks right now are also jade decks. You need to stay ahead of your opponent in the jade count. Brann is very important in this match up. Never put him at risk unless you fall too far behind your opponent’s jades. He has brought me back into games many times.

    Changes I made:
-2 Jinyu Waterspeaker This guy messed up my curve too much with his overload and completely dead draw vs midrange and control. Aggro is more about if you get your board clears and claws early enough.

+1 Earth Shock This card is so good right now. Killing Twilight Drakes outright and decent vs aggro.
+1 Sylvanas Killing off a lower jade and stealing a bigger one is usually game over. Then you get to reload with N’thoz.

I’ll try that out. I don’t have white eyes so I don’t know if that’s also slowing me down but I’m having a hard time against jade druid and late game renolock. Maybe this will help

Reno lock is one of your best match ups. You have to run them out of board wipes. Most decks have at least 6. You have to play a balancing act between committing to the board to keep control of the game. You want enough on the board to force a board wipe but not too much where you cannot reload the board again. Forcing their board wipes with deathrattle is the best way. You give them the feeling that you are losing value because of deathrattle into board wipes is traditionally bad. Putting reno lock on the back foot forcing them to board wipe means they never get the initiative to take control of the board. There is no threatening play they can make with a board wipe on the same turn. Its board wipe and pass or a wipe + 3/3. Only play N’zoth after they have used Twisting Neither. It is their only out to a N’zoth reload.

Keep your hexes for ONLY mountain giant and twilight drake. Everything else in their deck isn’t threatening.

Above all keep your live above 20. I haven’t ran into a reno lock playing juraxxas. They are all leroy + faceless combo. At 20 you are in range for combo kill.

Thanks for the advice. Helped a lot.

      I went with:
1 Jinyu Waterspeaker – Against a reno lock you need to have some way of staying above 20 and this card can also be used with Brann

1 Mistress of Mixtures – She’s a very very good card, but I’ve run into the issue where I lost my Aya or White Eyes trying to N’Zoth because I had too many minions out already. Keep in mind Maelstrom can often give you a Deathrattle card which could mess up your count.

2 Earth Shock – As you stated, this card is amazing right now. It works on threats that aren’t quite big enough for Hex or completely counters situational cards.

I passed on Sylv because I agree with Kripp, she just doesn’t fit into the deck

So far the only class I’ve lost a game to when using this deck is Paladin (Anyfin and Hand Buff), but two out of ten ain’t bad, and there aren’t many Paladins on the ladder right now. Really digging this list!

This deck doesnt work for me either. 50% win rate in 30 games. Looks like a promising deck but it doesnt work so good.

Would it be a good idea to replace Mistress of Mixtures for Finley ? I feel the totems are so useless with this deck !!

I feel like the meta has slowed down enough to not include Mistress of Mixtures, do you think there’s a better option?

I could not pilot this deck either, I am right around rank 3-4 and couldn’t keep up with aggro shaman at all. Tried swapping a Jade Spirit for healing wave and seemed to perform a bit better, but still too slow. Cool idea but couldn’t pull it off in the 6-7 games I played.

I’m a fan of Kripp, but I think the Mistress of Mixtures is a bit overkill. That card is going to slow things down too much.

Maybe I’m just not piloting this right or its not as good in higher ranks. But i lost all the games I’ve played.

What l love most about this deck is that it uses no cards that will be rotating out next year besides Bran, all I had to do was craft White Eyes.
