Mulligans
General Mulligans
Always keep Open the Waygate in your opening hand so you can work on your Quest throughout your match.
Arcanologist and Shimmering Tempest are your stronger plays since they also get a minion on the board. Primordial Glyph also is a strong play since the selected goes towards your Quest.
Babbling Book is better for filling out your curve later on if one of the other cards are available, but is also a solid choice.
Aggro Mulligans
Arcanologist is still a strong turn 2 play since it will grab you either Ice Block or Mana Bind
Dirty Rat is a very strong card against Rogue's The Caverns Below early on if you can grab one of their 1-drop minions.
Doomsayer and Mirror Image if you find yourself falling behind.
Midrange Mulligans
Against midrange you're mainly looking for those early turn cycles to build up your hand. Your main focus is to control the early board enough as to not get overwhelmed while working on mid-late game responses while working on your combo pieces.
Control Mulligans
Against control you're mainly wanting to cycle your cards for control cards as well. Babbling Book , Primordial Glyph , and Shimmering Tempest are all very strong turn 2 cards.
Arcanologist is also good for the 50/50 chance of pulling Mana Bind from your deck but it is out shined by the other three.
