    Whats the OTK?

I came here to ask the same thing, I am guessing have warblades equipped, then drop Il'Gynoth, use twin slices and chaos strike and go face, the life steal aspect of your damage will also damage the hero

        Moarg+moarg+ethereal+ilgiynoth+felscream

Why is there the Phelosophy? And can i replace the Lorekeeper with something?

Felosophy for creating another mo'arg artificer in case you need to spend one early to heal up.
Raging Felscreamer can replace Lorekeeper. Lorekeeper lets you draw skull into discounting Il'gynoth to 1, but with felscreamer it does sort of the same, discounting a mo'arg to 0 on the combo turn.
