Finally hit Legend for the first time! This deck has had a few different variations but this is the build that finally took me past diamond. MVPs: Robes of Protection, ALL the Legendaries, and Battlemaster. My previous builds used Cult Neophyte and Cornelius Roame, but I chose to swap in the Catacomb Guards for Cult Neophyte since I haven’t faced a lot of mages after the update. And Varian is just better than Cornelius I think. He gets rush and draws 3 cards that will be immediately useful, including one of the legendary rushers that are so essential to this deck’s success. I see a lot of people opting out of Cariel Roame, but I think she’s essential in this deck. Rush is super important and having divine shield to trigger prismatic jewel kit is just too important.
