Mulligans

Have you wanted to play the best deck in the game (Token Druid), but not be that netdecker? Want a deck that has no bad match up? Boy do I have a deck for you with a 73% winrate at Rank 5.

Goal is to flood the board with either Violet Teacher, Wispering Woods, or Spreading Plague, and cast Soul of the Forest to ensure the tokens stick until the next turn. Sea Giant is so easy to play for free.

Then…

Buff the board with Power of the Wild, Branching Paths, or Tending Tauren and destroy the enemy.

Genn Greymane‘s Hero Power strengthens this deck against Aggro, and its flexibility allows for greedier cards. Works wonders!

Early Game: Oaken Summons Package

Twig of the World Tree is an easy way to super buff your board, but you can easily win without drawing it.

Let me know what you think!

The idea is nice, but sadly the Spellstone is a key card against every deck, you can’t compare a 1-mana 1-dmg Hero Power with the 4-6 damage of the Spellstone, even if Hero Power is “infinite”.
The DK is also too powerful to ignore, same as the tempo of playing a Nourish and a Tyrant for free…
Anyway it’s always nice to do new things and try by our own. The surprise factor can win you some games and you use to play at your best with a deck of your own. So I voted you possitive.

Played a few games in the lower ranks and it feels fun it has it’s downside as any deck does but overall a nice build. I replaced Twig with Lich King as I don’t have Twig. Getting wild growth and innervate in mulligan are key to the opening from there hope rng goes your way, otherwise there are times you just have a dead hand.

Thanks for playing the deck! You’re right that Wild Growth & Innervate are the best things to mulligan for, but Oaken Summons, Wispering Woods, and Spreading Plague are also great mulligan candidates that can easily retake the board. Even with a cheap hero power, you will be behind on board until the mid game and that is OK, you often use the enemy’s strength against them.

For any Token Druid, there’s going to be dead draws. This deck has more flexibility than average. Its dead draws can be Power of the Wild, Soul of the Forest, and Sea Giant.

definitely interesting, but I’d rather netdeck! also, what is the use of the cheap hero power? it does not have synergies with other stuff, unlike mountain giant in warlock and sea giants in shaman
