Mulligans
General Mulligans
Ruby Spellstone is important so you can upgrade it faster. If you think you might be up against a mill or fatigue deck, keep Frost Lich Jaina. Other than that just mulligan for a good early game curve.
Strong control to survive early and mid game aggro, good card generation to keep tempo. Mid game use Ruby Spellstone, Primordial Glyph and Servant of Kalimos to generate cards then play Leyline Manipulator to reduce cost by 2 so you can clear + get board presence. Play Frost Lich Jaina ASAP to begin lifesteal. Baron Geddon used to clear board + restore massive amounts of hp. Late game towards fatigue try to always be using hero power to get a free water elemental every turn, even if killing own, low hp minions.
Deck is weak against silence-based aggro decks, as Taunt Creeper and Tol’vir Stoneshaper lose a lot of value and can’t stall out long enough for Leyline Manipulator to get a good combo. A toss up against mill rogue, if Frost Lich Jaina gets milled it’s a tough game, but still winnable by spamming cards.
Budget Considerations: Frost Lich Jaina is pretty important to beat fatigue decks, if you can’t afford her then look at a different deck. Baron Geddon could be substituted for Anomalus, or if tight budget, a flamestrike, but you lose out on the lifesteal.
