You immediately need to find your 2 and 3 drop C'Thun buff cards, some optional early game removal like Frostbolt and your draw for the perfect curve.

With this deck I wanted to fuse one of the most played and liked deck in Hearthstone the Freeze Mage and the Old God C'Thun ! With the update some cards like Mad Scientist  and Antique Healbot had to be replaced! There wasn’t anything that could actually take mad scientist’s place so I added a buff minion for C’thun the Beckoner of Evil and Cult Sorcerer for the same mana cost! As for healing I added some big walls instead like Cyclopian Horror  and Crazed Worshipper that also buffs C’Thun. Doomcaller was added for a second chance to C’Thun or a buff. Damage wise you can generate some damage with the classic way (Frostbolt, Ice Lance, Fireball) but don’t forget that when your C’Thun comes in play it will approximately deal 15 damage randomly split! Overall the deck should feel like a classic freeze mage by dealing severe damage with your spells but in the meantime stalling your opponent and preparing the grounds for C’Thun.

[UPDATE]

Emperor Thaurissan replaced with Bloodmage Thalnos

Demented Frostcaller replaced with Azure Drake

One Acolyte of Pain replaced with Disciple of C'Thun

You don’t need Thaurissan if you don’t play Antonidias. I would change it with Alex. And i don’t think you have the time to play two Doomcallers. Maybe change it with Bloddmage Thalnos.

It’s important to have two doomcallers in say a warrior matchup where the warrior out armors you and kills your c’thun. It gives you much more flexibility to play it again. A 10 mana (at the very least) 12/6 can never be bad.

Freeze mage traditionally has a hard time with Control Warrior anyway I don’t see double doom is correct. A single doom is probably plenty especially if we can change one for an Alex. Late game the only way we’re beating a control warrior is with Alex+Cthun or Doomcaller+Cthun. Double Doomcaller just makes for clunky draws where we don’t have cthun early enough.
