Deck Import

This is the deck I used to pilot to top 100 legend

Peaked at #67 on the NA server for season of December 2015

Trying new decklist that has an amazing winrate against aggro shaman.

Thank you for sharing. Curious that VLPS thinks Slyvanas is not too worthwhile in his CW list? I think I have only seen Kitkatz run Nexus Champion so your list is definitely refreshing considering most people these days are giving Elise and/or Reno a try in their CW.

Any thoughts on Arch Thief Rafaam?

I was curious about rafaam in my CW as well, so I took out Ysera for him. Been testing a little this month, and I’m leaning towards good.

      Going through my list:
Alextrasza: helps in control Warrior matchups to lower the total HP opponent has. Can be used against midrange to setup for Grommash + Death’s Bite lethal.
Justicar: Can be used to shut off aggro by gaining +4 health every turn. Armor stacks so really amazing in control matchups.
Boom: Can single handedly clear your opponents board when you haven’t drawn into your brawls yet.
Sylvanas: Same reason as above. So many players do not know how to play around Sylvanas ( Sacrificing everything into her is rarely optimal).
Baron Geddon: This is likely the only card I’m considering taking out; It’s somewhat great against aggro, (but unlike aggressive hunter’s minions that peak at 2 health) shaman’s minions have 3, 4 health so It’s not always optimal.
Nexus Champ Saarad provides a way to get card advantage and most opponents will use removal on him: Priest entombs him, Mages fireball him, etc.
      Grommash: Amazing burst finisher

      Why not:
Reno: I dislike the inconsistencies of having all 1 ofs, you have to draw well to make it worth it.
Elise: Dead card in aggro and midrange matchups such as aggro shaman, secret paladin and midrange druid.
Rafaam: I already have the Grommash burst and the artifacts don’t give me anything too amazing. They take the entire turn and Rafaam’s body is BGH-able.
Ysera: Saraad is like a mini-Ysera of sorts, and I can’t justify taking anything else out for her. I enjoy having double brawls

I’m currently experimenting with the Crazed alchemist+ inner rage + Grommash for 17 damage burst after Alex-ing my opponent.

I like Saraad better myself; you can play him earlier then Rag or Ysera and he synergizes well with a deck that does use hero power a lot, especially with the inclusion of Justicar.

    – Nexus-Champion Saraad
+ Ragnaros the Firelord / Ysera

That’s the version I use. Working great ^^.

I like my curve a bit lower, thinking of adding a tournament medic after I saw Fibonacci’s CW list (that finished 4x rank 1 legend).
I also think Rafaam is a replacement for Ysera/ Raganaros and all of them are interchangeable; It’s a matter of preference and what the meta tells you.
