Perfect curve would be elemental allies, arcane servant/quicksand elemental, arcane amplifier. Then drawing water elemental, elemental evocation, and animated avalanche by turn 5.
You want to draw your spells from elemental allies as quickly as possible. Floor the board with elementals every turn using spells for hard to remove minions.
I dont think mountain giant is the best fit for the deck - there may be a couple cards that can replace it.
