Mulligans
General Mulligans
Wild Growth and Twig are autokeeps in any matchup while Nourish should be kept only against control or with wild growth in hand.
Aggro Mulligans
Swipe and Spellstone help to deal with early minion pressure from decks such as Zoo and Odd Paladin until you can lock them out of the game with a taunt wall from Spreading Plague
Midrange Mulligans
There are few midrange decks in the meta right now but the closest to fitting the description are probably Miracle Rogue, Deathrattle Hunter and Even Warlock. Naturalize is a vital card against Even Warlock as it is your only efficient answer to their early Mountain Giants and can also be used to overdraw them as they play with large hand size. Spreading Plague is very strong against hunter as all they have to answer it is their minions on board so it can buy you very important time needed to find your combo pieces. Spellstone is strong against Miracle Rogue as it can kill off a Hench Clan Thug or Fal'Dorei Strider in its upgraded form very efficiently. Malfurion is strong against all 3 decks as its poisonous spiders can't be efficiently answered by warlock and the taunts summoned are a strong wall against hunter or rogue.Combo Mulligans
In the mirror the two most important cards are Twig and Malfurion because they are central to your two win conditions against another Malygos Druid. Druid has no weapon destruction so you can win the game by simply finding your combo before they do or before they can armour out of range or you can take the game to fatigue by armouring out of range of their combo and removing all of their threats.
Control Mulligans
Nourish is important in control matchups to ramp into your big threats before your opponents can consistently answer them while Malfurion's upgraded hero power is useful to have access to early on if it's expected to be a long game. Ultimate Infestation gets you closer to accessing your combo pieces while also putting a threat on the board slow control decks have to deal with.
