Terestian Illhoof is the third boss of The Menagerie wing in One Night in Karazhan. Illhoof is looking to summon something evil, destroy his Icky Imps before he’s able to complete the spell!
- Terestian Illhoof starts out with 30 Health in Normal mode.
- Terestian Illhoof starts out with 40 Health and an Icky Imp (Heroic) on board in Heroic mode.

How-to Beat Heroic Terestian Illhoof
Illhoof is pretty easily beaten when he throws a bunch of Icky Imp (Heroic)s on the board. The easiest way to deal with this is to run cards like Explosive Sheep, Deathlord, and Lil' Exorcist. Mage has a nice host of spells and AOE effects that can help you take him down as well.

If you defile he loses instantly. The 1/1s keep responding and dieing by defile until he’s at 0 health
i think there is a bug: if you have at least one unstable ghoul on the board illhoof doesn’t attack. he just skips or plays minion every turn
