Gonna leave this here cause I dunno any other better places. If you can get a Plague Lord to play Thekal, it will still have 1 HP the next time you fight it (assuming you didn’t already beat it).

This is a nice change in direction from the old quest cards. If you look back at the old quests such as Jungle Giants, you were forced to draft 5-attack cards into your deck and limit whatever archetypes could work with said quests. Can’t be bothered to craft the required cards? Then that quest was basically dormant dust.

These new quests however aren’t married to any particular deck archetype. If you used this in say Token Druid, yeah it wouldn’t be practical given you lose the Turn 1 curve, but you can still complete it. You could use practically any set of cards in any sort of fashion, and the quest could be done. Obviously I can’t say if the cards will see broader use, but it seems the cards are certainly easier to theory-craft with.
