Second paragraph of the first Rastakahan Rumble list hasn’t a weird ending to the paragraph. It ends with “besides .” I don’t believe that’s was intentional so just pointing it out. Good article, I’d like to see this and Dragon Warrior viable.

There are a few matchups that I struggle with. Any sort of combo deck is difficult. I try to play the agrresor role but they just shut me down. Should I attempt to go the long game? Also control matchups against decks that can heal or get armour such as Warlock and Druid, how do you recommend I go about those? Overall it’s a good deck, it does surprisingly well against aggro. I enjoy versatile decks that have a chance against all archetypes, especially aggro.

You can see the version I am running at the moment if you look at my decks under Malygos Rogue, I am sitting at about a 58% win rate at rank 2 which is pretty good.

I’ve actually decided to try it myself because I’ve been losing so much to it and it’s a control killer. It can hold its own against aggro to. So far I’m 17-12 with it so I’ve been doing decent. I think it’s worth it because it’s not a super aggro meta.

I feel like Malygos Rogue has seen a bit of play as well, I’ve seen it about 1 in 5 matches at rank 2.

I agree with the changes but I would keep the Fire Plume Phoenix and drop Kalimos simply because your not looking to go late game at all with this deck and your most likely losing if you are at around turn 10. I would also cut both Fire Plume Harbringers for 2 Earthen Mights as a hand filler.

Under the “Mulligan Strategy and Guid vs Fast Decks” it says to keep Hench-Clan Thug which isn’t in the decklist.

That’s been my game plan against most hunter decks because of lack of AOE but lately I’ve been running into Egg Hunters that run Mossy Horror to pop their own eggs and counter enemy minions which is quite annoying when I don’t always use Soul of The Forest because of their usual lack of AOE.

This deck is good but extremely annoying especially when they have a start good start especially blessed by God himself. It can be countered though with ahead of time planning which I realize, yet I still have about a 47% and still have trouble, any tips about countering this deck? I use Token Druid as my main deck.

I like this build with the exception of no Doomguard. I understand that it doesn’t really fit the idea of the deck but it is Zoo after all. I personally like to switch at least a Void Ripper because you only really ever switch a Tar Creeper’s health at least I do. Just wanted to know any thoughts or suggestions you had.

I agree whole-heartedly and I have no idea why they don’t have it in here. I do disagree cutting Lich King although. It is such a solid minion and gives you an array of possibilities to set up a ping for an elemental. I would rather cut on Raven Familiar because it is not nearly as useful mid-late game.

Under the “Against Aggro” section it says Evisecerate which I’m sure was a typo because it’s not in the decklist and it’s even.

Great guide, couldn’t have said it much better myself. I was wondering when Recruit Hunter would be recognized a viable deck. I adore the slower meta and believe it is a greater demonstration of actual skill. Cheers!

No problem, thanks for the decklist, I had trouble with this deck up until this list came out. Currently with the shown here I am 9-2 only losses against odd rogue. 😉

What do you think of this adjustment, subbing one Whispering Woods for an Injured Blademaster? I usually use at least one Soul Of The Forest when I commit with my Violet Teacher because I know they don’t have the clear for it. If Whispering Woods is used without Soul Of The Forest I think the card is incredibly weak. Injured Blademaster is a crazy pull on turn four, I know sometimes you need the Violet Teacher or Ironwood Golem pull, but I feel like the risk is worth it in a lot of matchups since the meta is not as aggressive from what I see. I’m at rank 5 currently, climbed to five again this season with a similar decklist to this guide. Thoughts?

You could make a Recruit Warrior with the last three you listed, Hadronox is in a Cube Taunt Druid which is tier 2, Sonya is great in Quest Rogue, Grumble can be used in Shudderwock Shaman, and Tirion is just a solid card. Otherwise everything else you can disenchant.
