Personally I can’t leave collection manager without at least 1 Call to Adventure. Love me some good old mid-range paladin.

I think there’s gotta be a combo in a control deck for Glide plus Keymaster Alabastor. just need either a coin or a lucky skull to do both in a turn, and you’ll draw 8 cards immediately, with another once you end turn, plus you know what’s in your opponents hand, and you have better versions of their cards. Seems strong enough to at least try it out.

Yes that’s exactly right. The 2 cards side by side are laughable. Honestly I was hoping for Call buff since xpac dropped, similar to Crystology. Guess that’s less likely now.

I never understood why Scavenger’s Ingenuity was so much better than Call to Adventure.

Weird that they’d do this now and not after the huge rotation that’s gonna shift everything and at the very least, will see some of these cards leave these decks in favor of newer better cards. To say nothing of these decks not being viable at all. And you have to pick 1? Now? For a new player who probably doesn’t know anything (no disrespect)? How competitive will these remain come Apr 7?

Secret paladin from saviors of uldum/doom in the tomb era was my favorite deck in HS ever. I’m conflicted on them giving up on paladin secrets. But I’m all for more Evergreen makeovers.

Secret Highlander Paladin was my fav deck all year. Really gonna miss it.

Yeah, but remember when Curator was back in standard for 2 months? You had taunt of course. Mechs were the most relevant they’ve ever been. And highlander decks that could sport a diverse set of minions for it to draw. And yet no decks included it. Maybe that was due to shaman dominance. Or maybe Curator type cards just don’t cut it anymore.
