Pretty sure they are not reworking two minions already. My guess is definitely that they make them non-race, so they cannot be reborn through the undead mechanics. That would balance them out.
That would make sense with the graphic and that they are neutral, although it would be a nerf to both…

In the beginning you could only concede from 15 health and below, didnt matter if it was T4 or T20. Then they changed it (no idea when tbh) and it was time/turn based as well..

You realise Illucia counters both C’thun and OTK decks, right? So if you instaconcede versus these decks, you are doing something terribly wrong, as these should be won the vast majority of the times.

Constantly playing against 2-3 evocations was really annoying and Prime could solely just turn around a game, so I am super happy to get less of these toxic cards.. Good changes without killing the deck!

Kaelthas also needs the right cards to work, so what is your point? The problem about Kaelthas and Guardian Animals is that they come out on T3-T4, not so much their powerlevel as such.
KT and GA are possible to deal with later in the game, but almost always impossible when they come out too early.

And you are exactly right and that is the massive problem about druid. Either you run them over because they draw badly, or you get destroyed without a chance because they draw the nuts. Thats why the design should be fixed, imo starting with overgrowth. A 4 drop that has a 97% kept in mulligan, 67% winrate when drawn (just took the most played deck on hsreplay to get a reference)

I even gave an additional explanation as to why I think the Kaelthas nerf isnt the right way to nerf the class. One of my points is that often they nerf some cards that make the deck unplayable but you are still left with the legendary/epic cards that didnt get nerfed, which you have spent dust on crafting.

Secret passage is such a problematic card – absolutely broken and WAY too strong.. You would even play it for 3 cards I think… And its playable in every single rogue deck, because its just way too strong. Also, it makes no sense that you can create cards and then keep those plus your old hand.. Such a terribly designed card… If you want it to remain as 5 cards, it should at least be a legendary like Myras.

And I like they nerf Kaelthas so they dont give out any free dust – very typical of blizzard… Really think the problem lies with overgrowth and/or guardian animals. Its just way too highrolly and not fun to play against.

Dont think the Illucia nerf is going to change that much, but it makes it a bit worse vs aggro. Expecting a 2nd nerf in the future.

And this is why secret passage and voracious reader are a problem… Just smash everything into the head, refill your hand, smash the new cards into the head, refill your hand, win… So incredibly stupid…

First ones beat with priest, a weird warlock deck with barrels and scarab for Magtheridon, rest big druid/spell druid and kaelthas with egg warrior. That was my run and pretty happy with it 🙂
Was actually not as bad as I thought it would be!

I love how its featuring all the cards that are NOT played in the current lists! The Satyr, OK, but the rest haven’t seen any almost any play 😀
Should have been focused on Skull of Guldan, Antaen, Priestess of Fury, Metamorphosis…
And not focusing on the Outcast mechanic is a bit weird 🙂

Would probably have started the video saying “Hi, I am Illidan, all my cards cost 1 less than what they are supposed to do” 😀

Pretty sad that the current strongest decks are the ones that will suffer the least… They really have to come up with something big and interesting to change the picture – because another half a year with galakrond rogue and dragon hunter is not going to be very interesting, to say the least…

But lets not give up our hopes before they release the next thing 🙂

My biggest problems are with Leeroy and Edwin, by far. Leeroy is getting so incredibly boring and has been over such a long time. They removed the Force of Nature + Savage roar combo because it could deal 14 damage, but there have been endless combos with Leeroy that deal way more…

Edwin just straight up wins games on his own on turn 3 or 4, and it has been seen SO many times that it is getting boring.. Rogue = Edwin, which is wrong…

It is time they get rid of the charge mechanic imo. Especially when we have seen that rush works so well.

Think Malygos is another very qualified candidate.. Think that card limits future card design way too much.

I have definitely seen this myself. One of my highest winrate decks is ress priest, because I normally play it in lower ranks (4-6 mid month) where it punishes suboptimal decks or players that dont know how to play against it, and then I swap to a stronger deck when I reach rank 3 (approximately) and start losing a few.

He is nice but not absolutely necessary for the deck. Swipe is a good replacement. But not sure if Stampeding roar is worth it without Oondasta. Boarcontrol plays Tolvirs and swipes instead of faerie dragon and stampeding.
To give you a cheaper alternative that also works perfectly 🙂

I disagree with you on several points. First thing, Mech is also incredibly strong because of the early Cobalt Guardians. That one becomes such a power minion.

Iron Sensei is super strong if you get him relatively early – he is basically the booster minion secured and free every turn…

When it comes to lightfang, first of all it would give people more reason to go to tier6 and in 90% of the cases, I can guarantee you that people would still go for lightfang over most of the other minions.

You are absolutely right, it is the bonus system of Battlegrounds – just never took the time to actually read it, just thought it wasn’t implemented yet since a part said not available in beta. First thought the 0/3 was that you needed 3 wins to get a DoS pack, but I was wrong about that.

Whats the thing about 2 heroes or 3 heroes to choose from? Heard it was something about how many packs you have purchased from the last expansion, is this so? And in this case, any way to track how many you have purchased and this way know how many more you need to buy? Dont feel like buying packs when there is a new expansion coming up very soon.
