Remember: You still have to draw this fellow early on to get much value from him. It’ll be interesting to see how Buffadin fares. It’d be easier if he were a 1/1 for 1-drop as then you could search for him.

This guy actually gets better (albeit not by very much) with the quest completion as every time he returns he’ll now be a 5/5. Regardless, he’ll definitely be really good with Burgly Bully.

Yes, anything that costs 0 is also a candidate, although harder to pull off (as you now need three cards to trigger rather than two).

I don’t think it’s really broken unless your opponent can’t kill it. You’ll likely only get one use out of it before it dies, in which case it is similar to a neutral Terrorscale Stalker. It does demand a response, but I don’t think it is broken any more than Brann. It is a great card and will definitely impact the meta, but I don’t think she’s broken.

Having said that, I am also excited to give her a try. 🙂

Except Living Mana doesn’t say “Deathrattle”, it says “recover the mana when they die” which technically isn’t the same. Maybe THIS is why they chose this verbiage for Living Mana and Spikeridged Steed; to avoid abuse.

Technically, you could trigger this fellow on turn 2 very easy.

– Any Class playing Pirates w/Patches
– Paladin w/Lost in the Jungle
– Hunter w/Alley Cat
– Druid (Wild) w/Living Roots
– Mage w/Mirror Image

…and that’s without the coin. (Did I miss anybody?) That’s a decent card that is playable early on and flexible in the late game without being ridiculous. I like the fact that you can put this guy in your deck and know you can adjust to the opponent class being played on the fly, unlike Ooze (etc.) where you play it when weapons are popular in the meta, etc.

Technically, the card doesn’t look like the actual minion in WoW. If you Google him, he’s an intimidating figure. In fairness, the critter on the card is quite large (towering over the trees around him and with tiny little pterodactyls flying around him), so it’s more of an optical illusion. I’m sure if you met him in a dark alley your shorts would be sufficiently soiled.
