I agree it would be way better after the Gadgetzan release. I have to say though, it has been super hyped up all day on Twitch. This is one of the first times in a while where there’s been real excitement around the game other than the expansion announcement. It’s really more about watching your favorite streamer go through the gauntlet rather than playing it yourself.

I’m guessing they are referring to cards like Dragonfire Potion, Volcanic Potion, Pint-Size Potion, and Potion of Madness. That probably means there will be quite a few potion cards coming to Mage and Warlock. Normally it would be token cards, but I believe they would have included the tokens in the post if they existed.

Ragnaros isn’t in Blackrock Mountain, it’s in the Classic set and won’t rotate out. If you want to replace him in the deck I listed you can try a second Houndmaster.

Now that I think about it more, the only core (never rotating out of Standard) legendaries you really want right now are Ragnaros the Firelord and Bloodmage Thalnos. Grommash is good if you play Warrior, and Edwin VanCleef is needed for Rogue. Sylvanas is only really played in Control Warrior decks. Malygos is needed for Malygos Druid, and Antonidas is sometimes used in Tempo and Freeze Mage. Tirion is usually considered a must have, but Paladin is pretty bad and the cards it’s getting from Gadgetzan look pretty aggressive. Harrison is nice to have, but I’d wait and see what classes emerge from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan.
