Why no spawn of shadows?

I’ve beaten Jade and Renomage with this deck. Haven’t vsed Dragon priest. Pirate Warrior is 50/50.
I replaced thought steal with fel orc soulfiend

I tried it out. A 1/2 is so bad against aggro, and there’s no swamp ooze? Need swamp ooze

Honestly I think Pint Sized Potion + Shadow Word Horror is stronger than the Auchenai + Circle combo. It doesn’t care about health, which is great against big butts, and it’s also a 1 sided board clear (generally).
Pint size potion can also be used for WAYYY favourable trades and Cabal Shadow Priest.
And as for Dragonfire pot. I like it, but it’s definitely a 1 of in any deck that wants it.
And yeah Drakonid is great but if you’re gonna run it then you’re running Dragon Priest.
As for Pyro, the only time I use him is in a deck with Acolyte. So much card draw. Could just use doomsayers instead?
Thought steal is absolute trash. Talonpriest is easy replacement

Dies to doom blade

Slow deck is slow. I’ve been trying Reno Priest for ages, it’s effective when it works but Renolock is just better. I dont think Deathwing is really worth, the old Deathwing seems better for a last resort clear. Cabal Shadow Priest is ok but I personally never find a good time to use it esspecially by turn 6. Emperor Thaurissan seems out of place here, there’s nothing to warrant using him I’d probably replace him with Sylvanas. And you might consider using Twilight Drake, with a big hand the guy is hard to kill except for hard removal, worst case scenario it gets rid of some of that removal to make way for Ysera and Chillmaw

Nerf Jade Druid and give Kabal something better than shotty potions. Jade Druid has destroyed control

I play Reno Priest and it really isn’t that good. Face Hunters are killing me turn 4 and Pirate Warrior can easily kill me after I drop Reno. He doesn’t need a nerf

Why not Prophet Velen and Mind Blast? Prophet + Embrace + 2x Smite + 2x Flash + Thalnos = 36 Damage (12+12+6+6) for the cost of 8 mana after Thaurissan, so you could even use Hero Power afterwards

I also find doomsayer useless in almost every match I play. People say “it eats removal” but that really doesn’t justify using it. This deck is supposed to be aggressive not control

Need SW:Pain and Death. I’d drop those weird out of place 1 ofs you’re using. Injured Blademaster > Fel Orc, especially with circle of healing. Faceless seems cool but unreliable, I’d run lightspawn in its place.

Bog Creeper. And yes do it, Cabal Priest isn’t worth using without PSP. The deck was updated anyway, Priest and PoM replaced with Dirty Rat and MCT

Actually pretty solid deck

I don’t understand what makes this different from every other Reno Dragon Priest. Except it uses Cabal Shadow Priest which is worse than plenty of cards that could fill it’s spot.
And I’ll bet any amount of money this cannot beat Jade Druid, which personally is my number one goal for Reno Priest at the moment

Don’t need acidic swamp ooze anymore. Pirate Warrior has died down and weapons arent a problem for this deck. Run defender of Argus, amazing card in this list
