This Weekend Is Your Last Chance To Get YouTube Drops Packs From Grandmasters Weeks 2-7

I still think that it’s a weird decision to have a single pool of packs for all weeks from 2 through 7, but that’s how it is. So here’s a reminder. Before this season of Grandmasters started, Blizzard has activated drops on YouTube (which is now the only place where you can watch Hearthstone esports). Grandmasters was the first event where they were active, and viewers could get up to six packs in total:

  • Grandmasters Week 1: 2x Year of the Phoenix Pack
  • Grandmasters Weeks 2 – 7: 2x Year of the Phoenix Pack
  • Grandmasters Playoffs: 2x Forged in the Barrens Pack

We’re now in the 7th week of Grandmasters, so it’s your last chance to get packs from the second pool. If you haven’t done that yet, all you have to do it connect your YouTube and Battle.net accounts, then watch Grandmasters for 4 hours in total this weekend (2 hours for the first pack, two more for the second). Of course you don’t have to exactly “watch” it – you can just leave the stream in the background if that’s what you prefer.

And if you have already claimed your packs a few weeks ago, then the good news is that the next week – Playoffs – will feature a new pool of packs. You will be able to obtain 2x Forged in the Barrens card pack over the next weekend.
