This deck is an updated version of the “Myracle Rogue” archetype that has proven to be one of the strongest Rogue decks from the Year of the Raven. Several cards are staying in Standard, so I won’t be going over their inclusion in this deck. Instead, I’ll be focusing on the new card inclusions, as well as some possible other cards that might be viable substitutions once play testing is available.

The deck in summary is an aggressive tempo deck that uses powerful card draw from cards like Raiding Party and Myra's Unstable Element to sustain significant pressure over the course of the game. This variant introduces the Lackey package with EVIL Miscreant and Heistbaron Togwaggle, which provide excellent tempo and value in relatively concise packages.

The new cards are as follows:

Togwaggle's Scheme: This isn’t necessarily core to the deck, but could provide a potentially ridiculous combo. Togwaggle can generate four possible treasures, one of which can draw us three cards and reduce their cost to (0). With this, we can drop a Leeroy after we play Myra’s Unstable Element, shuffle three or more copies of Leeroy into our deck, draw them with our treasure, and play them for free, ultimately dealing 24 damage all for 9 Mana. Preparation can reduce this combo’s cost further, potentially allowing us to scoop up a Leeroy with the last charge of Waggle Pick and play it with the leftover 3 mana for 30 damage or more.
